Treatment regimen |
Clopidogrel, 600 mg loading dose, plus ASA, 500 mg iv, and heparin, 5000 U iv or enoxaparin, 0.5 mg/kg sc, followed by 1 mg/kg bid, or standard ASA and heparin/enoxaparin alone |
