To assess the efficacy and safety of tenecteplase administered during life support in patients with cardiac arrest of presumed cardiac origin

Aim 30 days
Patients
Aim 1000 patients, aged ≥ 18 years, with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest of presumed cardiac origin and either basic life support started within 10 min of onset and performed up to 10 min or advanced life support started within 10 min of onset
Treatment regimen
Tenecteplase, 30–50 mg (depending on body weight) single-dose iv bolus, or placebo
