Aim 20,000-40,000 patients admitted to over 1000 Chinese hospitals up to 24 h after the onset of suspected AMI
Treatment regimen
After 2-day induction period, ASA, 162 mg once daily, plus clopidogrel, 75 mg once daily, or placebo, plus metoprolol, 5-15 mg iv, then metoprolol CR/XL oral tablets, 200 mg/day, or placebo
