Treatment regimen |
Atorvastatin, 10–20 mg/day, or pravastatin, 10–20 mg/day, to target LDL cholesterol < 100 mg/dl. Ezetimibe, 10 mg/day, added after 4 weeks if target LDL cholesterol not achieved |
